Join Waitlist – Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

Prediction markets and crypto trading face different legal restrictions worldwide. By accessing Hunch or joining the waitlist, you confirm that:

• Your use of Hunch complies with all laws in your jurisdiction.
• You meet any age or residency requirements that apply to you.
• You are not located in a prohibited or restricted territory.

Hunch does not verify your location, identity, or legal eligibility. Compliance with applicable laws is solely your responsibility.

2. Restricted Jurisdictions

Hunch may not be available in jurisdictions where prediction markets, derivatives trading, or crypto trading are restricted or prohibited by law.

Users located in such jurisdictions must not access or use the platform. Hunch reserves the right to restrict access to users from certain regions at its sole discretion.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding passwords, seed phrases, and private keys
• Reviewing all transactions before signing
• Any activity originating from your account or connected wallets

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Hunch cannot recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or restore compromised credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in activities that interfere with the integrity or fairness of the platform.

Prohibited activities include:

• Market manipulation or coordinated trading intended to distort prices
• Wash trading, spoofing, or generating artificial volume
• Operating bots or automated systems without explicit authorization
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behavior
• Disrupting platform operations or interfering with other users
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct

Violations may result in immediate account restriction, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Financial Risk

You acknowledge that:

• All trading and prediction activity involves risk of total loss
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• No financial outcome is guaranteed
• Platform fees may apply to certain transactions and will be disclosed prior to confirmation

Markets resolve according to their published settlement rules and oracle data sources. Final outcomes are binding except in cases of clear technical failure.

Hunch does not guarantee the accuracy of creator earnings data, social media metrics, or other third-party data used in prediction markets.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Hunch platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

All decisions made on the platform are your own responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, software, and content are owned by Hunch or licensed from third parties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

Hunch may rely on external services including:

• Cryptocurrency wallet providers
• Payment processors
• Oracle providers and external data feeds
• Infrastructure providers

Hunch is not responsible for outages, errors, security incidents, or failures originating from third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Hunch platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Hunch makes no guarantees regarding:

• Platform availability
• Uptime
• Uninterrupted operation
• Accuracy of data or market outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunch and its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from prediction activity or trading
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, opportunities, or data

In all cases, Hunch’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• $100 USD, or
• The amount of fees paid by you to the platform within the previous twelve months.

11. Waitlist Registration & Communications

By joining the Hunch waitlist or submitting your email address, you consent to receive communications from Hunch, including but not limited to:

• Platform launch announcements
• Product updates and feature releases
• Waitlist status notifications
• Promotional campaigns, contests, or prize notifications
• Marketing and informational emails related to Hunch

These communications may be delivered via email or other contact information you provide.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link included in such communications. Certain operational communications (such as platform access updates or prize notifications) may still be sent when necessary.

By submitting your email address, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

12. Waitlist Promotions & Prize Credits

From time to time, Hunch may offer promotional campaigns, contests, or giveaways to users who join the waitlist or participate in platform activities.

Rewards may include Hunch trading credits (for example, up to $500 in Hunch credits) or other prizes.

By participating in such promotions, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Promotional rewards are not guaranteed and may be awarded at Hunch’s sole discretion.
• Hunch credits are promotional credits only, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency.
• Credits may only be used within the Hunch platform where applicable.
• Hunch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
• Eligibility may be limited by jurisdiction, regulatory restrictions, or internal compliance policies.
• Hunch may disqualify participants who attempt to abuse or manipulate promotional campaigns.
• Additional rules may apply to specific promotions and will be disclosed where applicable.

13. Termination & Suspension

Hunch reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform if:

• These terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected
• Legal or regulatory requirements require such action

Where possible and legally permitted, Hunch may allow users to withdraw available balances in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

14. Modification of Terms

Hunch may revise these Terms of Use at any time.

Changes become effective when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
