Resolution Criteria: This market resolves based on the officially announced gender of Misty's baby as publicly disclosed through a gender reveal event, social media announcement, birth announcement, or other credible public statement made by Misty, her partner, or immediate family members. The market offers multiple outcome options corresponding to the announced gender (e.g., Boy, Girl, or other applicable categories as listed).

Primary Resolution Sources: The primary resolution sources shall be Misty's verified official social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram (https://www.instagram.com), TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com), Twitter/X (https://www.x.com), YouTube (https://www.youtube.com), or any personal website or blog maintained by Misty. Direct public statements, interviews, or official press releases from Misty or her authorised representatives shall also serve as primary sources.

Important Clarifications and Edge Cases:

Timing of Announcement: This market resolves based on the gender announced at the time of a gender reveal event OR at birth, whichever is publicly disclosed first. If a gender reveal occurs prior to birth and a different gender is announced at birth, the birth announcement shall take precedence for resolution purposes.

Multiple Births: If Misty announces twins, triplets, or other multiples of different genders, this market resolves based on the gender of the first baby announced OR the first baby born (as determined by birth order if disclosed). If birth order is not publicly disclosed, the market resolves based on the first gender mentioned in the official announcement.

Non-Binary or Intersex Announcement: If Misty announces that the baby is intersex, non-binary, or that no gender will be assigned, the market resolves according to the specific outcome options available. If no matching outcome exists, the market administrators shall determine resolution based on the closest applicable option or may void the market.

No Public Announcement: If Misty and her family choose not to publicly announce the baby's gender by the resolution deadline of 23:59:59 UTC on January 31, 2027 (GMT+0), and no credible information is available from any primary or secondary sources, the market may be extended by up to 90 calendar days (until 23:59:59 UTC on May 1, 2027) to allow for a potential announcement. If no announcement is made by the extended deadline, the market shall resolve to "no".

Pregnancy Loss or Termination: In the unfortunate event of pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or termination prior to any gender announcement, this market be resolved to "no".

Retraction or Correction: If an initial gender announcement is later retracted or corrected by Misty or her family before the resolution deadline, the corrected gender shall be used for resolution. Corrections made after market resolution is finalised shall not affect the outcome.

Identity Clarification: This market pertains to the individual publicly known as "Misty" in the context established when this market was created. If there is any ambiguity regarding the identity of "Misty," market administrators shall make a determination based on the original market creator's intent and available context.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of conflicting reports, ambiguous announcements, or disputes regarding the resolution source's credibility, market administrators shall review all available evidence and make a final determination. The administrators' decision shall be binding. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of initial resolution posting.
